2. Overview

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate this website and answer your enquiries. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and images are served directly from liyanex.de.

3. Hosting and delivery via Cloudflare

This website is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the requested address, browser and device information and the referrer URL. This data is needed to deliver the website, encrypt the connection and defend against attacks.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Cloudflare may also process data in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

The connection to this website is encrypted. You can recognise this by “https://” and the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Emails to addresses at liyanex.de are forwarded to a mailbox we use via Cloudflare Email Routing; Cloudflare briefly processes the email to deliver it. We delete your enquiry once it has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. IT configurator

The IT configurator runs entirely in your browser. Your entries (e.g. number of employees, devices, locations and selected services) are only calculated there and are not stored. They are only transmitted to us if you send a request via “Request This Solution” – then as a summary in the request form (see section 7).

7. Request and contact forms

When you submit a form on this website (contact, “Request Free Assessment” or “Request This Solution”), we process the data you enter: company, name and email address (required) and, optionally, phone number, number of employees, desired timeframe, current IT environment and your description or the summary of your configuration. We also transmit the page and language from which you sent the request.

Your details are transmitted encrypted to our server at Cloudflare and from there sent as an email to our mailbox via Cloudflare Email Service. They are not stored on the website itself. Cloudflare processes the data as our processor (see section 3).

We use your details only to handle your request and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the request once it has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for offers and business correspondence) apply.

8. Links to other websites

This website contains links to external services, for example Google Play and Google Groups for our game Loofty. Only when you click such a link are you taken to the respective provider, whose privacy policy then applies. A separate privacy policy applies to the Loofty app.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact us at the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.
